Please check if the current recording mode is "Customize". We found the Customize recording mode could cause this issue. To restore you would have to reset the camera by pressing and holding the reset button till a metallic sound is heard. This reset operation will restore everything back to the factory default except formatting the microSD. Then you would set up the camera from scratch. After the setup, please avoid to use the "Customize" mode. For a 24*7 recording, please use the Manual mode with the toggle switch on.
