If you are using  Hi-Kam A7, the short answer to your question is no.  Considering the real world practice, the A7 only supports one-way audio, which is from the camera to the soft client. In order to provide a better user experience, low noise amplification and background noise suppression are implemented at the camera side. A7 doesn't block the audio transferred from soft client to camera, therefore the people in front of camera might hear quite noise from soft client.
